Certain foods and hydration can help with healing after birth. 

3. Fix mood with food

Hormones, lack of sleep & adjusting to new life with baby can all affect mood. Certain foods can help boost it.

4. Get sleep whenever you can 

Sleep is so important for repair, renewal, and recovery. Try whatever you can to get as much sleep as you can, including sleeping during the day.
